Las Vegas City Parks
Parks with this symbol 🛩️ have drone pictures and/or drone video of the park on the City of Las Vegas website. If the City of Las Vegas flew a drone or hired a drone pilot (Part 107) to take those pictures/videos, they obviously must think it is safe to fly a drone at those parks.
On this website, they say: "Las Vegas supports the safe, respectful, and legal use of drones in our community for recreational and commercial operations."
You should be aware of the following city ordinances in the event you encounter someone (law enforcement, park official, or Karen) who claims that you can't fly a drone in that park. Always check B4UFLY to make sure you have LAANC approval if in controlled airspace.
You can not fly remote controlled AIRPLANES in the Las Vegas City parks.

CHAPTER 13.36.020 - Prohibitions
(A)The following are prohibited within any City park, recreational facility or public plaza, including any parking area that serves the park, facility or plaza:
(1)Glass beverage containers;
(2)Remote control airplanes;
Note: It does NOT prohibit Remote controlled Aircraft or Remote controlled Drones. Only Remote controlled airplanes.

CHAPTER 13.58 - AIRCRAFT LAUNCHING AND LANDING
CHAPTER 13.58.020 - Prohibited in certain places.
Except as otherwise provided in Section 13.58.030, it is unlawful for any person to cause or permit any aircraft to be launched from or land upon the following areas within the City:
(A)Any public street, highway or other public right-of-way;
(B)Any parking lot which is provided for the use of the public.

Bottom line: You CAN fly a drone in the parks, You can not take off or land from the street, highway, public right-of-way, or parking lot. Many parks are in controlled airspace and require getting LAANC approval before flying. Some are even in 0 grid.
